For me, Sich Rada seems similar with Tribal Federation but only later has estates. Is there any reason for not giving estates to Sich Rada?
They are an estate. Can't give the Cossacks the Cossack estate. For me, Sich Rada seems similar with Tribal Federation but only later has estates. Is there any reason for not giving estates to Sich Rada?
I recall that right. This can't be WAD. You should report this as a bug maybe. They'll only have normal Nobles, Burghers and Clergy, tribes are too heavily linked with Horde Unity to have them for Cossacks who will work more like a republic.
I mean, they don’t have any estates. They are an estate. Can't give the Cossacks the Cossack estate.
I didn’t see that post. Thanks. But it seems that they changed their mind in developing process..I recall that right. This can't be WAD. You should report this as a bug maybe.
Not so sure about that.I didn’t see that post. Thanks. But it seems that they changed their mind in developing process..
This. They are an estate. Can't give the Cossacks the Cossack estate.
Are you guys serious? We are talking about a government right now not an estate. So according to you can't Marathas nor Rajputana have their own estates as well? Or breaking away Dhimmis? Since they are estates.. foreverThis.
Nor any other estate, for that matter.
Of course I'm serious. Are you guys serious? We are talking about a government right now not an estate. So according to you can't Marathas nor Rajputana have their own estates as well? Or breaking away Dhimmis? Since they are estates.. forever![]()
Can’t find critical difference between Cossack government and other republic which justifies a lack of estates.Of course I'm serious.
Based on what I know about Cossack hosts, Sich Rada having separate estates would be nonsensical and immersion-breaking.

This does not apply to the other examples you brought - if possibly only because I am rather ignorant on the topic of Marathas and Rajputs.
Haha maybeThat's why we need peasant estate. For Scandinavia, Dithmarshen and Sich Rada (and possibly some republics).
With the republic looking fragile rumors have reached us that nobles are plotting to bring in hereditary succession to our great Republic.
Nah sorry we changed our mind. They already get the full bonus from the Cossack estate in their government. They are supposed to represent a group of freedom loving people on the Steppe who accept serfs fleeing from oppression. It would be weird for them to have a merchant or nobility class within their society. Clergy I can see the argument but for now they won't have any estates.
There certainly is an argument to be made that certain other countries should not have estates either. Can’t find critical difference between Cossack government and other republic which justifies a lack of estates.
Estates in EU4 aren’t what exactly existed at real history. Estates in EU4 are everywhere except some countries which have factions, are native, siberian, colony or trade city. Other countries even USA and tribal countries have them. If certain historical fact justifies a lack of estates in Cossack governments, then it should be exctremely clear for us.
There certainly is an argument to be made that certain other countries should not have estates either.
That said, if you can't find a difference between a bunch of runaway serfs and freebooters living in a wild and, say, Venice or Pisa, I don't really know what to tell you.
doesn't know the history of Ukraine at all.
Which is not in the game even after Cossacks DLC... As well as any realistic chance to make it due to Commonwealth usually having a separatable Zaporozhia as a Steppe terrain. After the Khmelnytsky uprisings
Not delegating any estates to Hetmanate is nonsense, of course. Even though Cossackdome started as a brotherhood, the Hetmanate later incorporated all ranks of nobility.
Whoever supports this decision is ignorant to the reason and doesn't know the history of Ukraine at all.
Question is why there are no factions instead...Yes, what even is an Ukraina?
Not knowing anything of the history of sich rada, how it worked etc I suggest everyone to take a step back. PDX is not saying that the sich rada, the hordes nor the english didn't have nobility, what they're saying is that nobility didn't work in a way that saw it fit as an estate in the game, maybe this is wrong but argue along those grounds, did a distinct nobility exist that held land in the cossack states? etc
