Yeah.....
I've been playing a game in DI:G. I reoccupied the Rhineland, which resulted in France going to war with me. So, in a short three month war, I immediately penetrate the Maginot, triggering the " Continue and face Czechs in addition to Poles!" event, so I immediately opted for reparations. During the war with Poland that didn't automatically end, I beat them like a redheaded stepchild, and end up occupying Warsaw.
This, unexpectedly, triggers an Exile Poland government, even though they weren't in the Allies. So, I call them up in Diplomacy, go for the peace, and end up with Danzig and stuff, in addition to a nice week Poland.
Wait a few years, and..I annex Czechslovakia, and then the UK declares war on me, which means Italy joins in the war regardless. They quickly march to Victory (I grab Paris first though), resulting in a funky, messed up occupied territories.
I wait until the requisite date (the British war had been triggered May 1st,when I annexed Czechslovakia), and do the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. I then go to war with Poland for the Posen cores. Only something strange happens: I grab Warsaw and don't get a surrender event. Unbelieving, I look at their surrender progress to notice that Poland is still an Exile Government, despite the fact that they had been restored to Poland following the peace where they gave up Danzig, 3 years prior.
This mod is still buggy and needs some serious working out, especially the Rhineland War. While not game-breaking, it's definitively strange and weird to invade the Soviets from the Polish border, pre-WW2.
