Why does my forum account not have these ICONS？

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Upper right on the forums, where it says your user name go to owned items and click "SYNC PRODUCTS". Sometimes you got games and DLC that the forums don't realize you have until you do that. Just like the ones bellow username on each post. That said i don't know what the forum icons do. Don't think they are for the forum but for the game
