Given that your old faith is only considered astray, I can see an argument for revoking a lease from one of their holy orders costing piety. They aren't really heretics, just a different variation of shia.

Also, I really hope that the bug that prevents you from revoking the leases of *actual* heretics gets fixed eventually, and that revoking them will not cost piety.

There are more things that have to change, not just the piety cost:
  • Revoke lease shouldn't cost piety, if the holy order belongs to a faith that yours considers evil or hostile
  • Revoking should carry a risk of an uprising of the holy order
  • Revoking the lease should be possible for the top level liege under the aforementioned conditions
  • There should be an eviction decision for the top level liege that covers all holy orders in the realm
  • If the county holder/patron is of the same faith as the holy order, protection of religious rights should also protect the holy order

I completely agree with these points.

If anything, I should lose piety for having hostile orders leasing
baronies in my realm and gain piety for successfully expelling them.
Paying 500 piety for revoking the lease of a hostile holy order (Me asatrú, them Catholic) is illogical and really, really annoying.
