Why do my units not have full supply status even though I have more then enough supplies? I am fairly new to the game so help would be appreciated. Thank you!!!

I'm going to guess that you are mixing up equipment with supply in your understanding of the situation. You have enough equipment but you don't have enough logistics capacity to supply the divisions in that state. There is a map mode for logistics and supply routes in the bottom right. By hovering over the jerry can icon you can see how much weight of troops that region can support, and the reasons. More victory points in the region, and better infrastructure, or more port capacity increases supply.

You can also use logistics companies to reduce weight in bigger division templates, or simply refuse to put so many troops in one place so they all get proper supplies.

Being undersupplied is even more deadly than combat in HOI4.
