I'm playing as the Duke of Carinthia with the latest HIP including EMF, SWMH, etc.
I have elective monarchy.
My 6 year old eldest son who is not even first for the vote (a non dynast is) has no titles.
I kill myself with a console command. The non-dynast takes my main duchy, my son takes over everything as if it was primogeniture.
Then I check the succession law... somehow on its own, it has switched to agnatic gavelkind.
I tried a test and simply switched my primary duchy to one of my other duchies that had agnatic primogeniture.
Again, that somehow causes it to change to Agnatic Gavelkind when its my primary.
When I switch to something else, it changes back.
What is going on here? Is this expected for EMF?
