Why do homosexual vassals dislike their liege being homosexual?

It is. I imagine that there is no clause for something like "Vassal dislike if NOT homosexual" in the script language or something. I don't mod, so I'm not sure of this, but most mods I see use something of a counterbalance (like A is vampire, B is vampire too, A gets -50 for being a vampire and +50 for being also a vampire, so they cancel each other out)

Because the self-hating homosexual is as classic a trope/stereotype as the self-hating Jew? That or a homosexual vassal would not like a homosexual liege because, it being the times that they were, having more homosexuals around increases the risk of the masquerade being broken and your own state exposed to all the negative events that would befall such a person during such times.

Perhaps concern that the liege might have trouble producing many children, thus threatening the stability of the realm? 'Course, that stops making sense once the liege has produced a few children.

The Characters doesn't like having a Homosexual Liege, but is attractive to them (as there is the hope and chance it is requited) so has a positive opinion of them

As a gay guy I can confirm the answer is either because

In all seriousness though, +30 for Homosexual and -5 for Homosexual is still a +25 bonus for being Homosexual. All in all, that's a positive relationship boost for having the same tastes. A massive one, at that.

The OP is correct. This should probably be classified as a bug, if anything. Homosexual vassals would have nothing really to find fault with their liege being homosexual, even if they personally disliked them or their homosexuality, since the vassal would logically be immune to blackmail or risk it being reversed back onto the liege.

Perhaps not internalized but externalized homophobia; "I have to complain about this in order to be accepted despite not having a problem with it" which is why it's still a net positive.

If that were a thing then they wouldn't have an opinion modifier to the liege, and the liege would have to have an opinion modifier for being pissed off that a fellow gay guy is hating on him just to fit in with the breeders.

To be fair, one of the patch updates (god, can't remember when) removed the "liege is female" malus for anyone who is female. So finally duchesses wouldn't be pissed that their queen was female. I'd imagine that a simple patch update could do the same here.
