Why Common Sense lacks, well, common sense!

Has there been a patch to Common Sense yet? I want to buy it because I'm frustrated I can't develop my provinces further (it sucks they implemented half the DLC onto the vanilla game just to make you spend $$ to get the other half), but all the negative reviews are scaring me out of it.

If you're playing the patch just without DLC, I can't think of anything specifically tied to buying the DLC that is broken. The only reason you'd hold off in your case, I would think, is if you're currently playing an older format like 1.11

There have been several hotfixes but no patch. Patch 1.13 will likely not be released until after August 10.
