This is a problem the game has always had but is especially prevalent in Conclave because you can't enforce realm peace with absolute crown authority for some reason.
Basically what happens is a lord or a rebel goes to war with another lord and steals their land, sometimes even their entire title and when I try to revoke their unlawfully gained assets all the lords of the realm, including the lord who lost land, start to disapprove.
I can't even intervene to defend lords who I myself placed in power from aggression, apparently its beyond the pale for the king to come to the defense of his brother he just landed in the holy lands who are dealing with unfaithful vassals.
