Why can't I post in the bloodlines 2 forum?

I've only just finished the first bloodlines and went to ask some questions on the sequel but found I don't have the privilege to.
Is this a problem with my account? Did I break a rule or something?

You didn't break any rules. Bloodlines 2 forum is in read only mode since development has more or less been put on hold.
