Well, the anglikan church wasn't established because more the 50% of the provinces wanted them. So why can't my mongol khan say 'Tengri is the religion of our fathers, lets make them state religion!!' (and I didn't mention that 4/6 mongol start provinces are tengri!!!).
So why should it be important if they are in my religious group or not? Thats bullsh*t tbh. I let tengri rebbels overthrow me with more then half of the provinces under there controll and even more tengri provinces and its unlogical that it didn't become state religion. I can become jewish mongols! I can become zoroastrian mongols! But not tengri? That sound deeply wrong, in any logical kind.
