Here's a new one, I'm Brittany and have ~16k troops, and France was just DoW'd by Hispania. I'd like to come to his aid, but...... I don't have the option to join his war?
I can join other random wars, including an HRE holy war for Denmark, but no option here. I can even declare war against Hispania myself, but there's no "offer to join war". Thoughts? What am I missing?
