Why are they laughing at me!?

New to CK2.. Well I feel that away anytime I stop playing for a couple months. What with sneeky Paradox and those patches.

I am familiar with the coins sound and checking to see if someone has taken some of my gold; however every once and a while I hear laughing (could be people talking). I checked for vicious rumours.

Anyone know what is triggering it? Cheers, Thanks.

I have never have figured it out. I think its tied to certain high priority and low priority messages. Maybe plots.

Also I don't have conclave. Doesn't mean that the sound isn't tied to "council becomes content" too. I wouldn't know...

I'll try and pay better attention.

I heard this a few times playing today I think it was when I released a prisoner not sure though. So I think I will chuck them in the Obiulett or what ever this time lol.

Come to think of it I had the paranoid trait when I was an adult but now I'm 11 and I don't think under 16s get the paranoid trait AFAIK.

I've run several diff chars and it occurs on all and none but 1 had paranoid. I suspect not having conclave is the situation. I did think about it yesterday when I was on steam store for stellaris. Cheers folks. Off topic.. I was cured of incapable when a char became a lunatic.
