I do NOT want the Languedoc duchy and every time my ruling king destroys it, it is automatically ressucitated when my heir is crowned! This is simply ridiculous. How can it be destroyed once and for all without editing the save?

Change your inheritance law from "Confederate Partition" to just plain "Partition".... no, wait, I've misread you.

You'll need to provide some more details about your situation, starting with:
  • what your primary title is
  • what your capital county is
  • what other county and duchy titles you hold

Ok. I've got 3 dukedoms: Barcelona (the primary one with the capital on that city), Languedoc (the one I have to destry over and over) and Toulouse. Then I've got 6 additional counties: three of them in Barcelona dukedom, 2 more on the Toulose dukedom and tha las one in Provence.
