Is there any community standard for multiplayer games I should be aware of? I was learning to play without pause, but now that I finally feel ready for multiplayer, I'm getting the "you were kicked by the host for your evil deeds!" message all the time. I'm playing on steam and my profile is set private. I'm not running any ancillary programs like voicechat or anti-cheat. But I'm also playing outside my timezone, which probably means I'm far away from the other players.
Could I be doing something that warrants instant-kicks or are there simply lots of premade groups not bothering with passwording their games.
