Why all lines need to be showed when I load a saved game?

When I'm playing CIM, I usually click on the "eye" of the line, so I don't see all the arrows all the time. Only when I'm working with that specific line.
But always when I load a saved game, I have to go on the Lines Panel and disable one by one of my 12 lines! Why when I load a game all the lines are in "view mode" again?
