We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Those are indeed good news. I'm crossing fingers, that economy/politics/pop's won't become too streamlined and automation will be rather an option. What made Victoria intriguing, was the level of detail / micromanagement and the amount of historical events.
Although I should add I think the thousands bit should not be taken too literaly. Although it sounds better than lots and lots.

So happy that I'm one day away from a train wreck of a final in a train wreck of a class and I don't even care.
I like Victoria and I'm likely to buy the sequel, but still it was bit of a disapointment for me that after one modern history title (HoI3) they are going to publish another modern history title.
But apparently modern era games will make more money than games about the older times, still I hope that this isn't sign of some new Paradox policy and that in some distant future they will also remember us who believe that history ends to 30 years' war. I was really hoping new medieval game, although I admit that it was foolish to do so, because I've been waiting almost two years for the patch of Deus Vult. So, it's rather clear that currently Paradox is focused only to modern era titles.
