Whole world one tag

I would like to do a run with the whole world under one tag and then see what happens. Is there any mod or something that does this?

I tried this actually, using an event I hacked up which made me inherit every country. However, the game proceeds to run incredibly slowly (I have an i5 6600k), running at 1 day every 20 seconds or so at max speed.

Interesting. I wonder what is the cause of that slowdown.

Care to share the event you wrote? I'm terrible with events and would like to try this out.
