Does Paradox need more Liberals or Socialists in their upper house to pass this reform?

Does Paradox need more Liberals or Socialists in their upper house to pass this reform?
If they get too many Reactionaries, then they'll re-release Vanilla Victoria 1...
If majority of the upper house is Liberal or Anarcho-liberal there will be a new DLC every month. If it's the Socialists or Communists all content will be free.

If the ruling party is Jingoist, they will conquer the technologically and socially backward EU and CK development teams and thereby bring them into enlightenment with Victorian principles!

Now that Hearts of Iron IV is released and is pretty much the last major Paradox game to as to far, it is time for Victoria III, it has to be...

Vic 2 is hugely responsible for my ending up with a PhD student of economic history. Of course I am willing to pay for Vic 3.

Just read the dev diary for EU 1.18... Great Powers? Influence? Intervene in wars of protected minors? Are these Vicky 2 mechanics making their way into EU4 in order to pave the way for Vicky 3? DARE I HOPE???

I would love to get a Victoria 3. Very impressed with the economic simulation in the Victoria 2 and would like to see whats in store for Victoria 3. I request the Paradox team with the next installment of Victoria 3 and also a porting mod to HOI4. Now combined that will be the grandest strategy games ever.
Imagine HOI4 starting off with the Republic of Britannia squaring off against The People's Republic of the United States of America...

It would be cool if Paradox announces Vicky 3 at E3 this year. Has anyone seen any confirmations that they are working on it?
They won't announce it at the E3, as they consider it to be unimportant.

I wonder if the Paradox developers don't like Victoria as much because it's much harder to form Scandinavia after Russia makes Finland a puppet state... ?
Every time I've done it, I've had to slog through bringing either Denmark or Sweden to heel, depending on what nation I start with, dealing with Austria and Prussia lusting over Schleswig-Holstein, and then dealing with the big green patch to get that last bit o' the Scandinavia... and if Finland is puppeted, AAAGGGGGHHH!!! Have to first pry it away from Russia and then deal with the process of sphereing it and keeping it sphered. Maybe that's a NNM thing...
