I know there has been a similar thread already, but I would like to bring up this topic again. Hearts of Iron is the only Paradox strategy series without cultures although it is one of the most important times for having cultures and Nationalism.
Firstly: There is no reason that german provinces in Poland would revolt against Germany when they are occupied. It would make sense if the german and hungarian provinces in Czechoslovakia would revolt or have some Penalty although they have cores there. Same goes for Kurdish provinces in Turkey or Korean provinces in Japan.
Secondly: It was always annoying to script events for every single culturebased revolt in Darkest Hour (HoI2 clone)
For China and the Soviet Union (when conquering eastern poland) there could be an anti attrition bonus as the people could see them as liberators (maybe)
Is there anyone out there who would like to see cultures in the game or a dlc?
