Choosing Nitra means breaking up Hungary, that is breaking their economy, releasing Transilvania and Croatia, and possibly sending some neat insults all around before creating Nitra.

Choosing Moravia apart from the benefit of breaking up Bohemia, grants access to HRE (although this could be attainable with Nitra too, probably).

Personally, I feel like roleplaying Nitra is cooler, but if Moravia turns out to be generally recognised as easier, I'll choose it instead. Also, in case this info matters, I do plan to continue the game after getting the achievement, but I'm no world conqueror and I don't plan to gobble up whole Europe.

I'd say Nitra, since they get a better set of national ideas, so i'd pick it. It also gets more development initially along with a broken up Hungary, so i'd think it is easier too, if that is what you seek.
Though given you want to do Great Moravia, i personally would pick an actual Moravia, because it feels weird making Great Moravia as non-Moravia :D Also a nice map colour.
