Anyway, I can't wait until you execute this as the plan looks nice on paper, but all plans go to hell in the heat of battles!
I am also interested how successful the plan will be, however update pace will be slower now as I have to prepare for exams in school and go to work.

35. Operation Ragnarök, prologue
It's 10 AM Greenwich mean time 6th July 1945. First sun rays are falling upon US east coast. It would be early calm morning like others for US coast guards but for massive Kriegsmarine movement. Kriegsmarine ships have been spotted from Gulf of st. Lawrence to Miami. US General Staff is on its foot and confused what are Germans up to? Is Kriegsmarine going to bombard coastal cities with support of aircraft operating from German aircraft carriers? Or is this Kriegsmarine movement some sort of deception for their other actions? Are they going to land elsewhere as they can't be serious with landing along whole east coast and if they are going to invade us our boys will quickly stop them.
Following demise of US Navy executed by Kriegsmarine and Imperial Japanese Navy finished by sinking fleet of admiral Nimitz US Navy can do nothing to stop this massive Kriegsmarine movement, most well trained American troops were captured in Africa and Guyana and apart from US Airforce whole American war machinery is crippled.
Hearts of American General Staff and citizens are filled with fear, it's 10 AM Greenwich mean time 6th July 1945. This was their darkest hour.
German transports carrying troops were screen all the time by mighty Kriegsmarine vessels and every US Airforce plane which tried to spy whats behind battleships and carriers was intercepted by Stukas operating from carriers. This was largest operation and logistical action executed by Wehrmacht ever, operation Barbarossa was a child play against this. More than a year was spent with preparation of every little detail for Operation Ragnarök. Securing staging areas, building infrastructure there, slowly beating US Navy, all of these was made in order to secure success of Operation Ragnarök.
Operations in the north will be led by Oberkomando Nordamerika, which will be directly in the control of army group north (Heersgruppe Nord). Assault on Quebec, trapping Allies in Labrador peninsula and preventing their escape into Canada from east coast will be executed by 3. Panzerarmee 'Guderian' led by famous Heinz Guderian, most experienced commander of Heer, pioneer of Blitzkrieg and tank warfare, veteran of Heer which participated in all major engagements and led execution of Operation Parsifal, conquest of Spain. 23. Marinekorps will execute landing in Quebec to secure foothold for Guderian's panzers.
Heinz Guderian, one of the most experienced and most deployed Generals Wehrmacht has, he will be reposible for the most important parts of operation Ragnarök
Assault of central sector in vicinity of Washington D.C will be led by Erwin Rommel and his 7. Armee 'Rommel', initial assault will be executed by 37. Marinekorps composed of most experienced marines in the world, these are long time veterans. General who proved himself worthy during 1st World war where he managed to capture large number of Italian troops with only a fraction of forces compared to Italian. During operation Barbarossa he was the one which led panzers which executed main and the biggest encirclement of Soviet forces.
Air fleet of heavy bombers loaded with nuke is stationed at Bahamas, awaiting capture of airfield in Norfolk for a stopover. These will be led by Herman Göring, chief of the Luftwaffe.

I've played a bit and I have plenty of material but unfortunately I have other duties so I hope there will be update at the latest on Saturday
I'd like to see American VPs reworked in HPP. I can't imagine losing Guam would be twice as disastrous for the US compared to losing WDC. Are you going to land on the west coast later on too to speed up the progress?
During Operation Ragnarök there will be landing on west coast, however operation Ragnarök might not be only operation executed by Wehrmacht...
36. Operation Ragnarök, part 1
Hello, finally I have some time to provide you and update you've been waiting for.
Darkest hour of America begins. This is one of initial landings. Quebec is defended by one division which won't stand long time against marines supported by coastal bombardment (defenders at all landings will have 50% combat efficiency penalty due to coastal bombardment).
Assault of central sector. Only Norfolk is defended and infantry assaulting Philadelphia has no obstacles preventing them capturing city of Philadelphia and valuable port.
Assault on Miami, one transport carrying valuable marines was sunken by 23 CAG doomstack before they were intercepted by German jet fighters. Attack on Miami is supported by medium bombers operating from La Habana and Kriegsmarine is protected by jet fighters operating also from Havana.
New Orleans is undefended and as you see there some American divisions rushing towards New Orleans but they won't reach the city before German marines.
Air battles are raging everywhere. Although German CAGs are modified mainly to purpose of naval strikes they are good at intercepting US Airforce. In the north US Airforce was quickly bled out of organization by German CAGs but in the south American CAG doomstack is quite and annoyance as it takes some time to shatter organization of 23 CAGs.
Foot of German soldier entered United States mainland for the first time in the war. More German soldiers foots will come.
More German soldiers entered US mainland, this time in New Orleans. As I was expecting Yank divisions weren't able to reach New Orleans in time to intercept assault on the city.
Norfolk has been captured. Another port to which supplies will flow and more important level 10 airfield and some aircraft has been rebased there - one interceptor air group, one group of medium bombers to provide support to Heer and more important heavy bomber air group carrying the nuke.
Quebec has been secured. Guderian's panzers now can start rolling over the plains of north America.
2 medium bombers groups and one light fighter group are immediately rebased there so they could provide air cover and support for attacking forces.
3 days after start of operation Ragnarök order to drop the nuke on Washington D.C. was ordered. There are no US aircraft trying to intercept bombers as most of aircraft ran out of organization during clashes with German CAGs.
Capital of United States has been nuked and most of infrastructure and industry was destroyed.
However I don't see any drop in USA national unity
Panzers are rolling from Norfolk and so far there's nothing that attempted to stop them.
Marines which assaulted Norfolk were ordered to capture city of Boston which was left undefended.
Panzer division of major general Georg Keppler entered ruins of Washington D.C. Broken defenders of the ruins retreated and the city was seized without a fight.
Washington has fallen and soon whole Allies will fall with it!
Overview of the front, 11 days from the beginning of the operation Ragnarök. Apart from Miami (on which assault is progressing slower then expected due to sunken transport carrying marines) everything is going according to the plan.
Reinforcements have arrived into Philadelphia. These two tanks corps are coming from Europe and they weren't waiting in staging areas to reduce the supply consumption there.
Miami has finally fallen and von Manstein's tanks can finally roll on the plains of southern USA.
Another beachhead is opened north of Boston and German tanks are rapidly advancing. Overruning everything what stands before them.

The pop-up said NU had been reduced by 14 but nothing appeared to happen? Presumably you checked by hovering over the US surrender progress on the diplomacy interface?

Dunno. For me, "Narrative" is like a Maginot line for me. But why bother with conquering it, when you can bypass it?
