Quite a lot of my rares are coming from China which is nice - I am now nearly independent on trades with rares.

28. Jewel of the east
Hello, this update will be shorter one as German intervention in second Sino-Japanese war has ended and new target has been found - nothing smaller than jewel of the east - India.
Kriegsmarine and transports carrying veteran marines have assembled near Bombay and Calcutta. These are veterans from all major conflicts and all units are led by leaders with skill 5 or higher, corps leader of marines which will strike at Bombay is level 7.
India is targeted by puppet war goal.
Look like at America is wakening from their dream, luckily for me I wasn't trading with Canada at all. I've checked USA at diplomacy tab and their highest threat received now is from Germany (24), few months ago they considered Peru as most threatening nation for them.
Another breakthrough achieved by German scientists and other cooperating research groups.
This is risky move, instead of rushing to Delhi by land one Fallschirmjäger division led by major general Kurt Student arrived at Alwar at max range of transport planes from Bombay and air supply lines were immediately established.
As I've hoped Delhi was undefended and Fallschirmjägers started their march towards Delhi.
As paratroopers were marching on muddy ground which slowed them by tremendous amount, Indians were able to sneak one mountaineer division into Delhi.
Meanwhile in China another warlord fell, without Kuomintang led armies of Republic of China Unified front is falling like house built of cards.
Brave paratroopers arrived into Delhi and Indians realized there's no point in resistance against Germans.
With new minion wars on Nepal and Bhutan were declared with hope that my new minion will take care of them. Both were declared with puppet war goal so Germany will have more minions.
Looks like with fall of Xibei San Ma and People's republic of China Japan is growing self-confident.
Feast for the eyes. Nearly whole east and south Asia is in the hands of the Axis. Pakistan which rebelled and declared idependence on India at the beginning of the war was restored to its rightful size.

29. Vast expansion
Australians must be put in order. Puppet war goal is used as I have no intention on taking their lands, they posses some nice, strategic positioned islands but they are not so important for me.
First part of attack against Australia is seizing their ports in straits near Guinea.
That was unexpected, 2nd Kriegsmarineflottille quickly dispatched to intercept Australians.
Finally some naval battle after some time, although Australians managed to sneak a division into New Zealand their entire fleet was destroyed.
Another island hopping with intention to seize Australian ports.
1st attack on Australian mainland, I am expecting Austrians to redeploy divisions there so their other important cities will be left defenseless.
Marines landed in Townswille and medium bombers were quickly redeployed there to sow fear into Australians hearts.
As I've expected, rest of coast is left defenseless.
Corps of veterans from China has arrived into Australia in order to proceed into Australian lands and capture Canberra.
Another naval battle, I missed them. Again it ends up with total annihilation of Australian fleet.
Finally all prerequisites for nuke have been met!
That's still long time till it's finished
Construction of another nuclear research lab was ordered in order to boost nuke practicals.
That's one minion more.
Germans didn't have to advance much further into Australia, they've realized that resistance is futile and joined the Axis.
Also weird thing happened during Australia campaign, whole marine corps disappeared from the game
Nearly one month was spent redeploying units and fleets and next target has been chosen.
Guyana will be useful as naval base for future campaign as transports operating from Cape Verde and Azores do not have sufficient range to reach more interesting targets.
Guyana is taken out with single marine corps. Not mobilized and with only 2 guard divisions they posed no threat for German marine veterans.
One more minion for Germany and useful base for future campaigns.

They declared war on Finland?!? But presumably Germany is at war with them as well?
I was also shocked, they are at war with whole Axis including Japan and other non-puppet members.
30. Clash of the titans
In last chapter USA finally decided to intervene against German expansionism according to Monroe doctrine. With Comintern beaten to oblivion, United Kingdom dissolved USA are now last stand of resistance against Axis. If they fall there will be nothing that could stop Planet Axis.
Short term goal is cutting USA off their naval bases and destroying USN which surely won't be able to fight with Kriegsmarine and Imperial Japanese Navy at the same time.
As USA entered war, war on Canada was also declared, they were still fighting with Italy but now they will feel might of whole Axis.
USA probably feel threatened by Peru and decided to take preemptive measures against them. On the other hand, they've lured another country into the Axis.
South Africa, which now has majority of its lands occupied, decided to join the Allies. Conflict escalates into new heights.
German marines quickly seized Port au Prince. Half of the marine corps returned to Guyana immediately while second half remained in Haiti to deal with Dominican republic on land.
Preemptive attack has been launched in order to prevent Yanks reaching new German operative base, Georgetown.
Attack on important American base of west Pacific, Guam, has been launched.
German scientists managed to advance with their jet research and jet fighters are now ready to be produced. Existent fighters will be upgraded with jet engines and Luftwaffe will rule the sky!
Securing of Philippines has begun. As American puppet they provide Americans valuable bases which can be used for destroying Axis's activities.

USN lost some ships in process and was forced to retreat to Paramaribo. German naval bombers stationed in Georgetown exploited this and begun port strike with Kriegsmarine blocking the escape way. Whole USN fleet was destroyed and no German ships were sunk.
Invasion to Guam was intercepted by USN fleet composed of light cruisers which were no match against power German battleships. Another USN fleet was whole lost.
Guam has been seized and taken from hand of Yanks.
In Caribbean Yanks are trying to disrupt German supply lines. In fact Allies lost more convoys which were sunk by lone patrolling Kriegsmarineflottille than Axis.
In Agana bay German ships carrying marines which seized Guam are intercepted by another USN fleet. Unfortunately for Kriegsmarine 2 heavy cruisers and one transport fleet are sunk. One marine division if forever lost. Hopefully these weren't marine veterans but freshly trained marines which operated only in Australia.
Valuable lesson learned - do no island hop when enemy fleet is at full strength unless it's absolutely necessary.

However their assault fleet is weak and at first it was intercepted by German naval bombers and than by Kriegsmarineflottille stationed in Georgetown. Needless to say. This fleet was no match for battleships guns and was whole sunk.

It looks like Canadians are not in possession of some ships that could actually fight and are sending their transports undefended. They've paid price for that.

Just where are the US capital ships? With so many carriers and battleships I'm just amazed you've only encountered one small battleship division!
The Phillippines were never invaded?! Japan needs to pick up the pace

31. Clash of the titans, part 2
In last chapter America was catched in full scale naval warfare with Kriegsmarine and Imperial Japanese Navy which latter 2 enjoyed success. Assault on Panama Canal has begun.
Assault is intercepted by small USN force with one carrier. This ends up with carrier USS Essex and heavy cruiser USS Portland sunk. German ships are disorganized due to this and took some damage.
Another interception attempt by USN. German fleet is already disorganized.
From Kriegsmarine point of view this was a success. However the sunk transport was carrying one veteran marine division.
Colón eventually fell as no further attempts to stop attack were made and German marines quickly seized control of Panama Canal. Attack on Panama was ordered to strengthen German position in central America.
Yanks are pushed into French Guyana and the only port they have control of is being bombed continuously. Soon they will find themselves out of supplies and will be easy picking for German soldiers.
Panama fell quickly, their only victory point is adjacent to German controlled Colón.
3 days later Philippines fell to German submission.
As Panama surrendered, new target has been picked. Costa Rica as they posses level 10 port in Pacific which will be surely helpful to further war effort.
Costa Ricans were no match for veteran German marines and no-one was surprised that they surrendered to the Germans. I've noticed that province of San José has 315 manpower. I would say that this is not intended.
Another suicide mission executed by Canadians. They have courage but that's not enough. Assault on of the island fortresses of Azores, which were secretly built as German took control of them, was suicidal alone. The fact they used only transports was more suicidal.
Azores posses high level infrastructure, coastal forts, radar, port, air field and anti air guns and they would withstand much larger attack than this.
Another similar bases are: Cape Verde, Ascension island, Gough island, Seychelles and Guadalcanal.
Japanese landed on Hawaii! Unfortunately they chose to land on land without a port a they were pushed back to the sea by Yanks. Aerial reconnaissance showed beaten USN fleet which was easy target for German CAG. Battleships USS Mississippi and USN New Mexico were sunk.
After this German carrier group set sails towards another US naval bases in Pacific to see whether is there something worthy of bombing, only 2 submarine packs were found at Johnston Island.
Same was happening in Caribbean. German CTF was in search of ships stationed in ports for repairs and found another damaged USN battleship stationed for repairs.
As reconnaissance showed that no imminent threat to German transports is present in Pacific. Marines quickly seized Johnston Island so transport have now range to one of most important bases in Pacific...

Good stuff! With the war with the USA and the nuclear project approaching completion this AAR is building to gripping climax!
That is probably OK because they will just have mobilized their reserves and the province MP figure will appear inflated massively as a result. It should go back to normal quite quickly after they lose control of the province.

I will check after some time, I've spotted the 315 manpower in San José after the province was captured by me and after some occupation time. I will check after a month or two (in game months, of course :laugh
