31-10 Beta.
Playing as Duchy of Brandenburg, I take my chance on the pagans in Mecklenburg. They have suffered heavily in the last war, and my king is occupied elsewhere.
I declare war and invade. They cannot offer much resistance. The County of Loon - my ally - joins in the war, and so doe Loons liege-lord, the Duke of Upper Lorraine.
Now the siege of Mecklenburg is almost done - and Lorraine makes peace.
That should not be a problem for me - but suddenly I am out of the war!
Mecklenburg takes the "going down with colours blazing" approach, and declares war on a German-Pommeranian county. A lot of german principalities join the just war againts the heathens - amongst them the Duchy of Saxony.
I don´t give a damn about the 100 prestige for declaring war while a truce is in effect, and redeclare war.
Ten days later, Saxony makes peace, without having given battle once - and again I am at peace!
Now what the heck happened?? I would understand if it was my liege-lord, the King of Germany, who had made the peace. I know a change was made to prevent vassals staying in a war.
But another prince on the same level?
