Just wondering, who is the community manager for Hearts of Iron IV?

A more general question that applies to all of the Paradox titles, what are the roles and responsibilities of a community manager?

It might be interesting to learn more about the ups and downs, victories and defeats, that a community manager experiences.

As I listened, it sounded like Susie McBeth is the community manager for Hearts of Iron (?? It wasn't quite clear in the segments that I listened to. She did mention that she had worked on Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn).

The podcast did state that Daniel Goldberg is in charge of Paradox's Marketing & Communications. (At least, in October, 2018 he held that position).
