Who else is looking forward to Sunset Invasion

You know, when I first read the announcement I was completely uninterested. But having looked at the screens and read the flavor events, I'm starting to appreciate the irony. Depending on the price I might pick it up.
I think, for me anyways, it will be a sale buy instead of a day one like LoR or SoI. If only because it doesn't add something vitally important to the game as of my understanding.
i feel like introducing the Spanish to Mictlantecuhtli ( god of the dead) but eroiulsly i really am looking forward to this i shall go viking on these Aztecs an see who prevails an if aztecs are playable i shall CONQUER The new world (or old)
As someone who nearly became a mesoamerican archaeologist this looks awesome and is definitely a day one buy. I can't wait to pull a reverse Cortez.
I am. I just started a de Haro side game last weekend, where I've just crowned myself King of Navarra. I think a little Aztec Invasion could be fun.

EDIT: Also, isn't the entire point of Paradox games to create awesome alternate history scenarios? And since there really isn't a good place in any of the other games to give pre-columbian americans a chance, why not here?

Honestly the concept is just so WTF inducing I just have to get it! It also justifies have a DLC check box. Right now there is no reason to ever turn off a DLC once you buy it.
Well yeah with a DLC you like to buy it and never be able to turn it off? That doesn't mean i'm always going to have it on/off but sometime I would like to experience an Aztec invasion, sometimes a fairly historical game.
I'm definitely looking forward to it! Genius idea. The events described are just so awesome. I'm gonna buy it on day 1. And I haven't bought any CK2 DLC so far because they just don't seem worthy.
I have to add though that if it added ridiculous fantasy things like mages, atlantis, aliens or the like I wouldn't touch it with a 10 feet pole.

I am looking forward to the dlc. I agree with others that the irony of an Aztec invasion is perfect. The only thing that would be more funny would be a Ryukyu invasion dlc. I guess they need to save that one for EU4.
I'm looking forward to it. Maybe it will hold me over until AC3 goes on sale -- not to mention, shaking up Europe is a great thing by whatever means (and I play in HRE, at least to start).
Why are you guys more willing to accept something that is totally made up vs. a reversal of actual history?
I'll be buying this. It's a tad copying off the TW series but not exactly. The west side of the map needs a shake-up. I like playing England and those far off eastern invasions are hardly a concern of mine.
While I certainly don't intend to use it every game, the idea is entertaining enough that I definitely intend to buy it.

I think it will be a day-one purchase for me, to be completely honest. It will definitely give me a new reason to play my saves longer instead of abandoning them half-way through when everything seems set in stone for the last 150 years.
I plan to buy it and try to conquer all of Europe by 1200 just so that I can face off against the Golden Horde, Ilkhanate and Aztecs all at the same time.
