Who else has watched little to no streams / videos of the game

I don't want to be spoiled, and figuring out things on my own will be more fun.

I did watch Quill tutorial to get to know how the game works but that's it.

I've watched about 30 mins worth of video and by watch I mean vaguely listening on and off as I was playing another game. I know what the start up options are, but beyond that not much else.

Really looking forward to play after work tomorrow!

I watched maybe some 15 mins, mostly I don't want to be spoiled, but also for these types of games I find little fun in watching someone else play as I start feeling like I want to be the one making the decisions, mobas and other games that require map awareness and acute motor skills I like to watch for the skills displayed.

Watched all of quills videos. Good stuff, even if I'd do a few things differently.

Watched some of Aavak's but got very frustrated with his recent ones- a massive supply shortfall turned into a death spiral and didn't magically sort itself out, despite his expectations. Got to the point I was lecturing and pointing at the screen, especially when he decided the solution was to knock down a building and build a second diner (on top of the diner and grocer already in that dome), when the completely empty local food storage area (part of the real problem) was an inch away. The main problem was the one shuttle building for the entire colony was shut down for maintenance and the building that made the maintenance bits for the shuttle building was also shut down for maintenance, because the shut down shuttles couldn't bring in supplies from elsewhere.

Not wanting to spoil the game for myself I've watched and read virtually nothing about the game apart from the stuff that was released on the day that the game was announced, which has actually come back to bite me in the butt now because I only found out last night by reading the Reddit ama that the game dosn't have a single player campaign mode lol.

Oh well I've pre-ordered the game now so I might as well play it for an hour or so before deciding whever to refund it or not -you never know it might be as good as Stellaris

I watched Quill's tutorial, so as to get a handle on the mechanics, then started his full playthrough before deciding after a couple of episodes that I'd rather wait and just play the game myself.

i have watched some vids of Quill at a Con somewhere pootleing about but thats it. i think there might be some hypnotic suggestions going on in the marketing because i just pre ordered even though i am smack in the middle of a game of stellaris and have no time to play right now.

plus the game will be full of bugs for the next 6 to 12 months..... paradox games - its an addiction.

If there's one thing games taught me is you can throw generic metal and plastic into a machine and it will spit out microprocessors (semiconductors)
