All three of them look potentially fun to play. This is the first DLC since Death or Dishonor where I'm actually interested in playing the minors.

Greece and hope that I'm wrong that this focus tree makes it harder and I can get this damn Achievment. Im not usually an achievment hunter but this one has been aluding me for a long time now. 1010 hours alluding me. Its just super damn difficult.
But, the second and closest will be Turkey for sure. Ottoman Empire for days.
Bulgaria... maybe but highly doubt it. Looks the weakest of the three in terms of potineital and I actually like to be able to be able to become a super power.

I assume that you're talking about getting the "I Swear I'm Not a Byzantophile" achievement for restoring the Byzantine Empire as Greece. I haven't tried it recently, but back in patch 1.7.1, it wasn't too bad. I used Feedback Gaming's guide, and it worked like a charm:
I did run into an issue at the end, though, where my "allies" in the Axis wouldn't give me the occupation duties for the states I needed in Turkey. But once I helped them out with Barbarossa, I was eventually able to get control of the land I needed. I made a thread about it earlier this year:
Can I change a No to Yes on "Ask for Control of State"?
I'm one nation away from completing the Reform Byzantium achievement, and I'm being blocked by my greedy fellow faction members in the Axis. I grabbed all the lands needed except for Turkey, and I was making good progress toward capitulating...

My issue was, Vichy france was never formed in my game so the brits overran from the africas into Turkey, so I was stuck esp when the germans and the italians overran the supply. I ran out of manpower as well. This strategy while skillfull requires everything to go EXACTLY right. He also did this on a different build of the game. Romania actually performs better in this current game. I did -exactly- as Feedback did, but Romania holsd off the 40W very easily not to mention, he doesn't have to deal with the massive damage to manpower that resistance does. Massive to Greece that is. Resistance nueters smaller nations sadly. I am hoping that greece is playable and this achievment will actually be easier to nab with their focus tree being put in, but I don't have any hope for it.
Edit: Just had my tenth try to do this damn achievment. Tenth in a row. I'm done. Nothing works. Everythign goes wrong.

I was a little quicker than 1940s so I had a little time and then the Germans power pushed through Turkey so I got all the land. Then the soviets declared on me but I managed to form so I left and never replayed ^^. I only need the Byzantium achievment in vic2 now but becuase I will never ever play that mess I am satisfied with the current ones.

There's always an issue for me at some point that comes up when i try to do it. Ive tired paratroops. Ive tried tanks. But i just run out of manpower against turkey. I Will wait and see if the Greece tree will make it easier but i hate wasting hours for no reason.
You should use the lure tactic. Where you push out of Bulgaria to Istanbul kill the turks in the pocket hence and repeat 2-5 times and the push over the strait. You should not have manpower problems. Focus on inf and artillery only. Also leave 4 units in the islands keeps 8 Turkish there. Don't forget to garrison Athens and co. You need about 10 7 2 to crush them.
Bulgaria - I like countries with irredentist claims and I think the tree looks better than Greece’s
Turkey - probably just a neutral game of just slowly building up turkey’s industry and sending volunteers

Germany, then the UK, or some other major power. Because these minor country expansions mean little to nothing in what I thought was a WWII simulation. Most minors do not and should not have the power to greatly affect the course of the war. Turkey can have a major effect if they choose a side, but they already could do that before the expansion. Just my opinion.
And yet, I will buy it readily, in the vain hope that my financial contributions will keep the team fixing the glaring flaws (front and supply system) in the game and one day make it playable for me again.
