white marks???

I've a problem with my EU version (1.09a french) : there's white marks almost all over the screen in the tutorial (even the starting land is colored in white). In the campaign game there's also white in my own provinces. My cpu is Pentium II233, 64 mb, and a 4mb video card.

I suggest that you borrow and try another graphic card.

Try to upgrade your video drivers. However, I would definitaly follow Uglyduck suggestions and change your video card.

Having thought about it - You might try reseating your graphics card first. Sometimes they "rise" a little in their slots.
