I am looking to setup a dual 4k monitor system for C:SL. My current setup is

I7 - 4Ghz Max
PCIe 3.0 16x or dual cards both at 8x
16 Gig Ram
1TB SSD
Intel 4600 video card
Dual 39" Seiki Displays with the limited HDMI 4k at @30hz refresh rate.

I know I need to get a discreet video card, but I want to drive it at dual 4k. The 2nd monitor is usually a TV, but I want the option to run as dual 4k. 30Hz is a hardware limit so anything above that is wasted. What recommendations do both the official C:SL support, and this forums "peanut gallery" have for this?
