So I want to get EU4 with latest expansions of steam.
So what do I need to buy?

nope, get Eu4 + AoW + Res Publica + Wealth of Nations, CoP is optional (just giving support independence and migration of natives (NA + Sibiria)

Res Publica makes Merchant Republics much better and another different Poland experience.
National Focus was a Res Publica feature, along with Poland/Commonwealth, Netherlands, and Merchant Republic mechanics. WoN gives trade companies, improved Reformed faith mechanics, and probably a couple of other things I forgot about.
Res Publica is very worth it, by the way. National Focus is great and honestly should have been part of the base game, considering it completely redefines how you can approach the beginning of the game.
ok, maybe i messed a bit up, but under the line,
get Eu4+ AoW+ Res Publica + WoN.^^ CoP is just not as good as the others, look at a nice bundle, you can sometimes get eu4+ dlcs without AoW as a package, then get AoW and enjoy your 1000h+ playtime

Those bundles, are not that cheap. But I guess I will since I dont want to miss out on features.
If you wait one month or so, you may be able to get all major expansions for much cheaper during the holidays sales.
