Which states can be cored by the decisions you get from the Bulgarisation of the Balkans focus?

Thank you, and the states have to border a core state to be cored?
Yes, once they are fully controlled by you, and neighbour a core state they will show as being able to be cored. However in order to core them, you will need 35 political power, over 30 compliance in the state, 500 or more infantry equipment in stockpile, 1000 manpower or more available, and 15 or more command power.

35 PP and a few days for a Core on the state. Need to have 30%+ compliance and maybe some guns. That much is written in the game for you.

Unless you meant what's actually occurring. In which case it ranges from forcing name changes to everything and everyone to be more Bulgarian, to things we aren't allowed to talk about here.
