Which (PI) game has best overall audio?

By audio i mean all sounds, effects, music, ambient...
I personally prefer Crusader Kings 2 (it also has perhaps the best visuals), i just love every sound in it. It is minor, but i love how it plays a tune when i choose nations

it really depends on what mood you are in. sometimes I prefer CK2, sometimes EU4 (it also helps that there's that metal DLC for EU4 that... spices things up)

My favorite is the Victoria series (Victoria 2 and 1), then the EU ones (EU3 and EU4) followed by the CK2 music. I oftenly use music mods and other stuff too to enhance the musical aspect of the game.

Anyway, on topic, first time when PDX switched from well-known music to Andreas Waldertoft's (HoI2), the result was mediocre at best, especially that everyone loved HoI1 playlist. But over the course of time it really improved and now in EU4 and CK2 times I really like what I hear.

And there's also EU 4 version of Falalalan, which is really cool.

I remember how everyone used to complain at the time OMG PDX WHY IS THERE A GENERIC MUSIC AND NOT AWESOME ONE but now it's hard to imagine EU4 or CK2 with non-Paradox soundtrack, so it got way better over the course of years.

Listening to Eu2 OST I feel otherwise. It just really feels like music from that era, wonder why...

Europa Universalis II's soudntrack and soudn effects were awesome... but I still have to find its version of Geoge Whitehead.

Crusader King II, Victoria II, Europa Universalis III and Europa Universalis IV are my other choices.
