Air cavalry with their fancy whirlybirds do pretty well.

Of course, if you don't have them yet, nothing beats marines at jungle fighting.

Your next best bet would probably be standard infantry or paratroops, possibly mountaineers. Any kind of wheeled/mechanized/armored unit is next to worthless in jungle terrain.
