I have been reading the posts of this forum for awhile now. For how long is not important nor does it have any bearing on this thread. All we really need to know is that it is in truth enjoyable and at times very informative allowing our ignorance to dissipate and that it is indeed a pleasure to share this pursuit that occupies our time and thoughts with others who are integrated with the same cognitive content. But of the many, the very many, yes the numerous posts, one question alone, an issue, seems to be in constant motion thereby challenging propriety. This question simply because of it's prolonged existence is demanding a conclusive explanation. One that will express finality with no implication of possible change, putting an end to all doubt or questions! What question is this you ask? Obviously you have not read the title! Sir...you waste my time...begone! Now for you readers, the learned among us who ask and rightly so "how can I provide an absolute, a so complete and without restriction or qualification of an answer?". I will tell you fellow scholars not "how" I can render a resolution that expresses finality with no implication of possible change, but I will supply the very answer that without conditions or limitations will satisfy the most uncertain, nay the most unreasonable of gamer that is involved with this forum. Yes readers! I say to you that the most dubious among us, the ones more aligned...adjusted to their own mind, predispositioned in their own partialities will not be capable of violating or infringing on the answer that I will provide to you! "Enough!!! Enough of this endless overbearing self flattering chattering you overblown windbag!" the more impatient of you might say. But yes! You are correct! Precise and to the point! This post has grown long and has yet to even mention EU in any shape or form! Why you may even wonder "who the heck is this guy and what are his qualifications?" and you may continue to have doubt when you realize that I have only experienced one version of the game! Limited experience at that! Why the only reason I attend these sessions, these meetings is to improve my own game play by your experiences! But hear me out you the restless, for the end of this post is near at hand. The answer, the solution, yes...the statement that will solve this problem is but a simply thing. Mere child's play. Why to provide the answer does not even require knowledge of the very basics, the ABC's of the game. Dear readers the answer can be formed into a simple mathematical formula and this recipe as simple as 2+2 will open all eyes to what is true and correct. But friends I tire of this introduction, this intromission so without further delay the answer..............EUII minus EU leaves II. What the heck is II you may ask? A valid and noble question for sure! Now lets us go back to the equation. If you subtract EU away from EUII all you have left are the changes and of course the bugs. Now tell me truthfully, conforming to reality if you take EU off your computer can you play "II" that is to say the changes and the bugs? Absolutely and positively not! Its a foolish thought completely lacking in sound judgement. So remember that EUII without EU is totally and completely useless. :)
