Mine is HOI IV. But since Stellaris is released first, i'll get that game. What do you think?

I will get both. I'm not yet hyped for either of them, that usually comes during the last month before release for me.

The same i think. I really want to try the new HOI. But i want to try Stellaris too. Right now it looks great. They both look great.

HoI4. Stellaris is interesting but I've been burned one way or another with every space strategy game I've played (need to get on playing the Space Empire games I purchased though).

Hoi 4 easily, since that is a "known commodity". After all the DD's and WWW's, we more or less know what we are getting. Stellaris is somewhat more unknown, but looks extremely promising. I'll be getting both on launch day

My passion lies with the HOI series. However, I may stray if I have to wait for HOI4 to be released.

I think I was hyped for HOI4 and am now in stasis until it actually gets released.
Meanwhile, I am getting more and more hyped for Stellaris.
So, at this point, I am probably more hyped for HOI4 still, but Stellaris is catching up fast

I've always wondered what a paradox grand space strategy would be like & now i get to see one, and am confident that they will do a good job, with lots of possibilities that historical sandbox varients aren't always in a position to offer due to historical restrictions, & stellaris does seem to be offering somewhat of a golden era of exploration, colonisation and so forth with this bold new setting, but then i am a sucker for a good ole historical based game. If i only had enough to buy one, it would be HOIV all the way, although doesn't mean i would not grab Stellaris, but i think i'll wait until a few reviews and a good majority of ppl i know have picked up the game before buying, to potentially explore the MP, but i know alot of people in my circle are interested in HOIV(Even a viccy3) due to the nostalgia of the series. oldies always the besties.

Stellaris, only because I occasionally think that HoI IV is just an elaborate prank.

HoI IV all the way. Stellaris seems like a cool effort, but I'm more interested in historical settings. And I'm very hyped up about HoI IV, not in the impatient way though - I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

You have your infos wrong, HoI IV gets released first, and after that atleast 3 Months have to past and then Stellaris gets released.
Although I know alot of people who are hyped for Stellaris, I am not really. I eagerly await the moment HoI IV enters beta or gets released.
Edit: Oh I just read that the release schedule could be updated. Now it is open which gets released first.

Stellaris is very likely going to be released first.
Since Pdox doesn't do Q4 releases, we're probably looking at a Q3 2016 or Q1 2017 release for HoI4.
HOI4 no contest. I will of course buy both whenever they come out.
