Which expansions do I need (steam)?

I'm getting the steam version of the game and I was wondering which DLC I needed to play TFH. Do I need base game + Semper Fi + FTM + TFH or just base game + TFH?

Also, on steam is there a workshop with mods?

You need each expansion to play the next, so yes, it's HOI3, SF, FtM, and then TFH. The complete set should be available as a single download. There is certainly no shortage of mods for the game (you get access to the mod forums when you register the game here on this site), but I'm not a Steam user, and don't know how much is available through them.

if there is a steam workshop for HOI3 then it would be known on the steam forums for HOI3. However HOI3 doesn't need workshop from steam, mods are supported and work easily.
