which event was that?

I'm playing the commonwealth, and just after a war with Russia an event popped up. Unfortunatly it happened just as a month tick happened and as I was closing another screen, so the game lagged for a second and I closed it before being able to see what it was about. I think the title was "colonisation of the steppes" or something close to that, but I can't find it on the wiki or in the files, neither in the colonial section, the Poland section or the Russia section.

Anyone mind telling me what it was?

ah it was an estate event! That explains why couldnt find it, I was looking at country events and colonisation events. thanks!
