Which is still a lot. 0.034 * 24 = 0,816 more ORG regained PER DAY.

But you still are missing the initial 4.3 ORG and thanks to the higher ORG you also get indirectly higher ORG recovery.

Try: 14 motorized + 4 motorized rocket artillery (width 40), with engineer, AT, recon, maintenance and field hospital.
Very cheap and tremendously fast and powerful (against everything but tanks) unit. Cheap because you never have to upgrade your production line and rocket arty gets great boosts later on.
To solve the tank-problem: go with the middle air doctrine tree and produce enough fighters and CAS. That will shred through enemy armour well enough.
That Motorised template is way too research heavy, and AT eats precious tungsten. BS air is almost mandatory for Germany, since you get 4x50 as well as going for tanks (you get 1943 mediums or heavies in 1940 februaryish). So it's not about tanks or mot it's about overall good inf and great tanks, or mediocre inf and 20% greater tanks with "blitzkrieg" tactic, which is irrelevant, because you still get backhand blow and stuff. Going right and left allows you such templates as 8/2 MARM:mot or 16/4. I also usually don't use any variants(rarely spaa if losing air war), because it eats research time

I don't think that's how it works...

Because you get higher ORG you get for longer +100% ORG recovery on low ORG and also you get later -50% ORG recovery at high ORG.

I was recommending that template for the Soviets using the left mobile branch. I did that just today and build 4*24 motorized divisions. Was a fun game and you can't possibly get a faster mobile force than that. You don't require much tungsten if you attach AT as a support brigade to your mots, do you?

Well, than I misunderstood you,sorry.
For soviets it's affordable, although considering need of something with 70+ piercing, and again high research cost that can be quite costly for holding the line. cas will dye like flies against top-barelled SPAA, so you really need those high IC cost divs .
Talking about tungsten, as Germany you can't spare any to anything but tanks, that's why AA is better choice against some light armour.
MSPA can be fun, if you are sure your opponent is not building tanks or planes in mass.

My point was: I didn't build a single tank in that Soviet game, just 100 motorized (width 40) divs plus the usual infantry.
That means that I didn't have to research a single tank tech and instead invest the time to research rocket arty techs.
