Which Do You Prefer: Annex versus Puppet

I'm a puppeting enthusiast myself, as the Soviet Union I always make sure to puppet Romania, Bulgaria, Italy etc. instead of annexing them, so I can feel that there are more communists in the world, other than me and Mongolia Giant blobs just look nasty and ahistorical.

With Germany puppet is much better (except with Poland of course).

With the US A and the US SR (the USs... stupid bastards, to have the same initials) - annex like hell! No manpower problems = annex.

and yeah blobs do look nasty and ARE ahistorical ;-)

It depends on who your attacking and how big they are. Naturally, against the UK,US,USSR it is easier to puppet. But if your fighting against Albania, you should just annex them.
