Which DLC's to buy?

I have CoP already and I'm thinking about getting another one or two DLC's. What should I get?
I was originally thinking about WoN, because I like to focus on trade a lot, but after the release of the other two wasn't sure. Res Publica seems kinda specific country oriented and is only useful if you are Poland or the Netherlands, then again the mechanics are interesting. AoW seems to be a nice all round improvement to the game.
Any advice for the value for money of these three?

Art of War is the best IMHO, but I'd buy Wealth of Nations too, if you can buy two.

Is WoN really worth the price? The only thing I can see it adds are privateers and trade companies.

It gives you the only distance CB, the others have been removed from the game.

I think the prices reflect the amount of content quite well. WoN = 2xRP, AoW = 2xWoN. With the caveat that I don't actually own AoW yet myself.

If you think about opportunity cost, I'm guessing RP and WoN will have deeper discounts during the holiday sales.

Also, trade conflict CB, transfer trade diplo action, trade capital, merchant republic bonuses and some decisions.

Everything except CoP is good. Out of those you said I think AoW is the best.

You need it for playing CNs. Support independence is also a good addition IMO.

Just wait for a steam sale special (like Halloween was the last) and get all of them

All the major DLCs are worth it imo. If you're short on cash, wait for a discount. I only bought expansions after like 1k hours played. They're nice, but you don't need them.
WoN and AoW both add nice things. The addition of privateers and the removal of the old pirates is really nice. It's the main reason I got WoN.
