Which countries to trade with as Germany

OK. I get Britain and France on the right, and I believe Germany is third from left, but who are the other three? Is that Italy fourth from right? I don't know the Austro-Hungarian Empire flag, but I assume that and Russia are also there as well? Yes, I wish I was that guy.

From right- it is France, England, Italy, Germany and the USSR.
The Sixth has got me confused, looks like the old Prussian Eagle rather than the Austrian Hapsburg empire's double eagle, but then again i guess- the eagle can also mean the USA!.
