Let's assume you have 300 years to conquest in EU. Can anyone suggest which countries are capable to conquest the whole Europe?

I think...
Russia and Poland maybe..
Remember that you should consider the revolt risk and the bad weather in Russia.

Depending on the difficulty level, it's possible to conquer basically all of Europe with a large number of powers. Certainly any of the major powers in the normal GC (except Portugal) are capable of aggressive expansion. Also, see the screenshot of someone who played Brandenburg-Prussia in an alternate GC in which Prussia was joined to Brandenburg in 1492. He managed to conquer most of Europe in the 300 years allowed.

I also started as Prussia, and posted AAR's for the first 150 years or so. After that I gave up the game, because it simply became to easy.

By the time I had quit. I had militarily annexed Austria and Poland-Lithuania, and diplomatically annexed Sweden and Denmark.

I do not doubt that I could have taken all of Europe if I wanted to.

EoE

Please note that European conquest is probably a lot more difficult with the latest patch. It specifically attempts to rein in aggressive expansion. Before, the AI tended to roll over and die once the human country became large. Now it is more wary.

It is also a lot easier to conquer when you reload after something bad happens (the author of the French conquest admitted he reloaded at least twice, once when he probably would have lost 6 provinces).

Russia and Poland might not be the best choices for European conquest. Poland is sandwiched between Russia, Sweden, Austria and the Turks so they have to constantly watch their backs over huge stretches of territory. Russia starts out technologically backwards and they have to deal with Poland, Sweden and the Turks as well. Of course, it could be done but it is not going to be easy.

Ummm... Spain? In my first game (admittedly beginning with 'Easy' setting and 1.05b) I rule most of the americas, Iberia and major parts of France, the Netherlands, the Mediterreanean (except Ottomans), Half the Arabic peninsula, India, SEAsia, China and Japan. If I had hacked so that I could've annexed majors, it wouldn't have been a problem. France and Britain are easy for me. Austria, Hungary and Poland are my close allies, so I probably could've bribed them.

Spain has the upper hand in most respects in the 1500s, and can build a magnificent colonial empire then. They get problems later on, when the colonists and commanders dwindle... not that that bothered me at the time, I was way ahead of everyone in tech (finished the tree in early 1600s). Some problems arose when the other powers started to catch up, but I had near unlimited resources, gaining about a 1000 ducats/month. Of course, there's plenty of land to defend. :)
