Which anomaly adds propulsion specialization without notification?

So like many, I like to make sure the "right" scientist researches the anomalies that give them an added specialty. Most of these notify you they've added a trait, but consistently during my various playthroughs I've noticed a scientist developing a specialty in propulsion with no notification this is happening.

Anyone know which one this is?
