Where's the HOI4 mod forum?

You need to register your key here to see it. I also can't see it as I've not bought the game yet but I'm saving up, and if you check the HoI3 mod forum, you'll notice a number of them have announced they plan to create HoI4 mods as well!

I for one can't wait to sit down to a game of HoI4 with a 1933 start date, so that I can take over the world as Communist Germany.

I don't know how to do it without linking your steam account, but there should be a way to add more clicking the "Register A Game" button

Linking your Steam account is the only way. They no longer issue forum keys for any games on Steam.
