The Beta was too unstable, because of too many new additions where added without proper testing. A new full beta is being worked on, but untill then a nifty Cosmetic pack has been released.

Which reminds me.. The new flag of Delhi has a bit of green on the end when viewed in the diplomatic country list, also in the country selection at the beginning of the game. All the other times it looks fine. It's the lime green
