Where's 1.06?

Uh, I wanna install 1.07, but I think I have to install 1.06 first, and then put 1.07 on top of that.

Uh, so, where, exactly, are the earlier patches?

You don't need 1.06 though. You can install directly over a clean CD install.

You are not supposed to use 1.07 with the betas.
1.06, 1.06b then the latest beta.

We are way past v1.06 (and whatever betas)
Its all v1.07 now.

Clean v1.07 and apply lastest betas on top
