Where to see the money of a factory?

Hi,

like many other users, I have trouble with my factories. They are almost always out of resources and do not buy from the domestic market or my national stockpile (they are allowed to buy from there).
I read in the threads here that they have "not enough money" to buy the resources. Where do I see the money of a factory? Is it just the sum of the funds of the capitalists?

This game may be fun, for me it is quite disappointing so far. Belgium is only surviving because I've conquered a lot of gold provinces...

Subsidize them OR focus on promoting capitalists.

You are having your national stockpile slider very high? Else you are not exactly helping your internal industry.
