where to go for tech support

This may seem like a really dumb question but where is the forum for tech support?

I find the paradox website very difficult to navigate.

Welcome to the forums.
Tech support is handled in 2 ways:
In the forums, each game has a tech support sub-forum that is available once you have registered that game.
Otherwise you can log a support ticket at Paradox.zendesk.com

This is pretty dumb too but I have EU4 and it keeps crasing when I want to play a country and for some reason I can't go to technical supp

its the problem with the mods afther the launger patch or something?

I have my version changed to 1.62 I think and there it works when I have no mods on

You need to register your game to be able to see and post in the tech support forum.

You need to go for the default setting if the error still don't solves so you can open the ticket or can contact the support from the site.
