Where to find unused event #s ?

Hi guys,
could please anyone tell me, where to find an overview of all events included in vanilla HoI2 (1.3b would be nice) ?
Want to insert some own events but am afraid to choose wrong event-id-# by accident that may be already used by the game...

Just choose a long number like 123456789, IIRC hoi2 doesn't ude more then 5 numbers for an event ID.

The biggest usable event ID is 2^(32-1)-1=2147483647, so there are a few to choose from...
